Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to cancel the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day that you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you,

acquires physical possession of the goods ordered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (recipient: CAROTTI BASIL and C. - snc Corso Matteotti, 46-60035 Jesi (AN) - tel. 209 158 0731 - Fax 0731 222 876 - mailbox e-mail: info @ confezioncarottijesi.it) of its decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or email). To this end may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. It can also fill out and electronically submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at: info@confezionicarottijesi.it. If you use this option, we will communicate without delay an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (eg by email).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send, the recipient above, the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

 

Effects of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received in our favor, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using

the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

To be reimbursed you send back (recipient: CAROTTI BASIL and C. - snc, Corso Matteotti, 46-60035 Jesi (AN) goods received, (or even riconsegnarceli directly) with the relevant shipping costs completely on him without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the system demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

- You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the above address, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we announced her withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the period of 14 days.

- The direct cost of returning the goods will have to bear.
